Good job. It looked good. i've never made homemade cheesecake - way too lazy for that but love to eat it. I wonder if they have diet friendly cherry topping? ooh maybe diet blueberry.....mmmm Thanks for videoing it. Sometimes just description with words doesn't always let a person know how "thick" or "creamy" a texture is supposed to be, but looking at it you get a better idea of how it should look if it is done right.
